We’ll inspect the condition of your leather, identify causes of wear, and provide a clear, detailed quote for restoration.
Step 3 — Restoration Day
When your scheduled day arrives, we begin the work carefully — section by section.
We’ll always show you a small area first to confirm you’re comfortable with the color and finish.
If anything needs adjusting, we modify it before continuing.
This step helps you relax knowing exactly what you’re getting.
Step 4 — Full Resurrection
Once approved, we complete the entire piece — restoring softness, tone, and life to your leather with patience and precision.
Step 5 — Care Ritual & Kit
When we’re done, we’ll walk you through your custom care plan: what to use, how to clean, and when to condition.

Step 6 — Follow-Up & Warranty
Every restoration includes a 30-day workmanship warranty.
There’s a 12-hour cure process after completion — if something were to go wrong, it’ll happen during that time.
If you notice any issue, simply text us a photo and we’ll schedule our first available visit to correct it.
